As IT Support Specialist working with us you will be a member of a highly driven and competent team. What you will be doing
You will support end-users in IT infrastructure in a variety of areas. You will help to ensure that all users have a working operational IT environment and use the systems in an optimized way, operating and monitoring systems for companies to support. You will be part of the Nordic team that handles first and second level onsite and remote support. That also includes purchase, setup and deployment of IT hardware such as workstations, printers etc.
In addition you will handle deployment of new infrastructure based in the IT budget and be a part of smaller projects related to the IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks will include communication with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.
What we are looking for
We think that you have previous experience from a similar job, preferably in a big international or national company. You are used to working with providing end user support in a Microsoft environment. We believe that you have experience in Microsoft Windows Client and Server setup, VMWare and Networking Skills. To thrive in our organization you need to be a good communicator, self- and result driven, eager to help out, pedagogical and a team player with the ability to prioritize.
Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
