Are you our new Application Specialist who will deliver improvements and support to the Service Process?
Welcome to ASSA ABLOY Entrance System to open new doors and opportunities with us! In this job as Application Specialist, you will be a member of our IT Delivery organization as an internal consultant focusing on the FSM and our service process.
What you will be doing
Your key responsibility will be to support and improve the FSM system and the field service process. In this role you will work with business analysis, implementation, maintenance, and administration of the FSM & Mobility application FMP360, and other tools and processes.
This means taking initiatives, suggesting ideas, and working with overall improvement within service solutions to meet business objectives and requirements. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Second line support
- Supplier and AMS coordination
- Translate business requirements and objectives into IT solutions and processes in cooperation with Subject Matter Experts (SME)
- Participate in projects
- Perform system administrator activities on the platform.
- Documentation and testing of applications in scope.
- “Train the trainer” in cooperation with Subject Matter Expert (SME)
The skills and experience you need:
Do you have experience with business systems and want to make an impact in an international environment?
We’re seeking someone with strong business understanding and experience from relevant roles. You might be an Application Specialist or superuser – or someone eager to take the next step in that direction.

Skills:
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or FSM, or other equivalent systems.
- Background in application support & management.
- Some technical knowledge, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL-based support processes is a bonus
